Cross star Needles
Star needles are designed with a four-sided working section, with barbs positioned along each edge. The additional row of barbs, compared to conventional triangular needles, enhances fiber entanglement. This improves fabric density and elasticity while preserving a smooth, even surface. Owing to their optimized design, star needles can significantly increase fabric throughput without compromising the material’s physical properties.
