Fork needles

Fork needles are used for surface jacquard and raising treatments on pre-needled fabrics. Similar to triangular needles, fork needles are available in single, double, multiple, and tapered working sections. By adjusting the orientation of the bent shank relative to the fork opening, different jacquard and pile effects can be achieved. They are primarily applied in the production of automotive and household carpets, wall coverings, and apparel fabrics.
